Hi all. I am Evie from Calif. I bought my little 13ft Burro, back in July. drove all the way to Albacerkie New Mexico to pick it up. don't think I spelled that right. sorry
I have been researching, and learning, how to repair fiberglass. It is in pretty good shape I guess. has some spider cracks, and some wholes inside, where others have screwed things into the wall.
had to replace the door handle. just put a new one on. had to file it down to fit the opening, and will fiberglass the extra opening. but it works.
I am also. redoing all the cabinets. making them stronger and making it mine.
I will be showing pictures latter. soon as I learn about your forum .

I'm south of Houston TX. and am also new to travel trailers. I have always been fascinated by these fiberglass jobs and came across a used Casita that I couldn't pass up. Thats one of the reasons I joined this forum because I am a total newbie when it comes to travel trailers. I know I can learn a lot from the folks on this forum that are very knowledgable not only on fiberglass travel trailers but camping in general. I really enjoy logging on to this forum every day and seeing whats new in the world of fiberglass travel trailers.

welcome evie,I too have a 13' burro,1981.did some remodeling to mine,after the fiberglass finish I used a light blue smooth bedliner coating.makes for easy cleanup and repels rocks and dirt is an easy cleanup.have fun. mikeyone
