Hi! I'm Rey, new member on this forum yet have many years trailering in a metal/stick unit. I am about to purchase a new
Bigfoot 25RB for full timing/boondocking. Should I be concerned with the road hazard damage to the front lower part of the trailer getting the gelcoat damaged/pierced? I am familiar that if the gelcoat is damaged, this will affect the integrity of the
fiberglass. Has anyone taken steps to eliminate this situation? I have in the past used flaps on the rear of the tv, but I found that over the long terms exposure to road grime and moisture, rust set in more quickly. Would applying a coating to the front lower part of the tt be a good solution?
