Wow, never thought I would see Scamp and Oliver in the same sentence. They are very different trailers. Maybe tell us how you see yourself using a trailer.

I'd pay attention to floorplan. Thats one thing many newbies do not consider. The Oliver is a super well built version of the Casita floorplan. A visit to a rally, or call the manufacturers for referrals (locals in your area that own one of their trailers) is a good next start. Figure an Oliver will cost about 3X a Scamp 16. Both are nice trailers.
