Greetings all

Hello everyone, just picked up a 1981 Perris Pacer 13ft this morning. Very good overall condition, stove and fridge work too. Looking forward to redoing it and joining the "egg community." Was very lucky, popped up for sale about 24 hours ago, only about an hour away from our home. Wasn't really ready to purchase quite just yet, but just couldn't pass it up. We were the first people to view it.

Hi Steph. Are you anywhere near where your Perris pacer was born???? If so, I'm just a few miles away in Riverside....

welcome

I'm always glad to see another memeber of the Perris pacer family....I also own a 1981 Pacer.....and tow it with a 2004 jeep tj wrangler. The best mod we did (since we are empty nesters) is to convert the front bunk bed into a dinette

We are located in Thousand Oaks...........don't hesitate to drop me a note if you have any questions...hopefully you will attend the Lake Casitas fiberglass ralley over Halloween weekend in Ojai....this will be our 3rd

Thank you Alan! We're going to tow it with our SUV for right now (we weren't prepared for the trailer) but my husband has been planning on purchasing a Wrangler soon to ultimately tow the little guy with. Towing it with the Wrangler was the original plan, but sometimes the cart comes before the horse. LOL

I hope we're finished with redoing the trailer before Oct, sounds like great fun! Have only been out to Casitas once for the Pirate Festival held every September, was great fun too!

Alan, I'll definitely check out the rally info, thank you. I hope to be posting pics very soon, heading out for a quick vacation at the end of the week, so we're delayed for a short while. Chomping at the bit to get started though.....we love a project! I especially love the "before and after" pics.

Oh, not taking the trailer, "hoteling" it.
