Hello!

Hi, I am Jessy from Tennessee. I have been looking at this forum for awhile and thought I would check in. I have a 1983 Scamp 13 that I have been working on since I got her. It is a great trailer, I tow with a Jeep Liberty and do not even know it is there. It is only inches taller than the Jeep so my mileage is pretty good. I have taken Sojourner to the Balloon fiesta, down to Florida, up thru Virginia and to BAMA and Ga. One of the best parts of these trailers is making it your own. I have added a closet, a fridge, and I just put the bed up on a bit of a platform for more storage underneath. My next step is to add outside access door. I am set to go to the Green Eggs and Ham Gathering and look forward to meeting everyone. This was taken on way to New Mexico outside of Memphis. Safe travels everyone, Jessy

Welcome to FiberglassRV Jessy. Are you a former (or still) tear drop owner? I noticed the "properties" in the linked image.... at any rate, hope you find the forums entertaining as well as informative

Yes I am a teardrop owner, and I do love teardrop camping. I built my tear, but the Scamp is something I had always wanted. When I saw one last year at a good price, I got it and find I use it most of the time. They actually weigh almost the same and fixing it up has been a blast. I don't know what it is, but there really is something about an egg camper! Jessy

Welcome

Great to have you on board Jessy. Sounds like you enjoy the rally circuit; maybe we will see you way up North in the middle of Canada at some point. Take care and enjoy the forum.
