I am had a Kings Highway 29' for years while my kids were growing up. I want to hit the road again, this time in a smaller fiberglass unit. I am excited to have found this site! Live in Louisiana.

The classified ads and archives are good places to see what's out there in the world of molded fiberglass, both new and vintage. Sadly, there's also a lot of misinformation about how much they really weigh ("under 1000 pounds and you can pull it with anything that has four wheels" probably isn't happening). Since you've towed before, you probably already realize how deceptive manufacturers' dry weights can be. A helpful resource is the thread Trailer Weights in the Real World in the General Chat section. Post #297 links to an Excel spreadsheet that allows you to filter by make & model and gives you average loaded weights. Cool!
