It's not really a seal, it's just a trim piece called Trimlok. Available for various thicknesses. That is what we used on our Uhaul camper which is almost identical to a Burro. Go to perfectfit.com and look under "weatherstrips & trim. Burro or Uhaul owners may have other sources for you.

We had a Shademaker bag awning on our Uhaul. Much better than the rope & pole awnings (in our opinion) because it has poles from the trailer out to keep it tight, and it rolls up into the bag. The negative issues were that water got into the bag when the awning was rolled in, through the stitching I assume. The other issue was on the short length awning we had, 8 feet I think, it was only available with the cheap twist lock poles. It may be available in the Supreme model by custom order (better locking poles) but with shorter projection out from the trailer. Check other brand awnings. If you want a rope & pole awning, Marti is the best. We kept the awning off the trailer when not in use.
