Hello and what the heck did I spy?

Newbie here..
Missed out on local bargain Casita last year. Bought an Aliner only to have the refrigerator start a fire..and no insurance..
Today I was cruising around and cut through an alley and saw this. I put a note on their door..so what is it? Thanks for any info.

Looks like a Havasu. It's like a Trailswest Campster but with a fiberglass roof bump-up rather than a pop-top with a fabric boot.

Thanks! I hit the curb with my car when I saw it. New one to me.

Looks like it is under used. Maybe ask the owner if it's for sale.

Sorry you lost your A-liner like that. That is a rare thing for the fridge to start a fire unless it had a bad panel in it or it didn't have a recall done. Whatever you see now looks like a project trailer and would need a lot of work. Whatever you buy make sure all the appliances are checked out professionally. That is a lot of protection for you and worth the money. A previous owner may not tell you the truth about stuff. Good luck finding something and make sure you put insurance on it when you remove it from the lot or wherever you buy it.
