Hi everyone! I've been a lurker on this site for a couple years. Now that we have purchased a new to us 1989 Bigfoot 17, I have a few questions I didn't think I'd have considering all the time i have spent lurking on the site. Anyways we took it out for a trial run this weekend at a forest rec site. We had a great time and are very happy with it and look forward to many adventures to come. Who knows maybe even a trip across Canada next spring if all goes according to plan. While we were out I even ripped out the carpeting the previous owner put in. Thank goodness it was only stapled around the edges and not glued to the lino

However, I have discovered some obstacles and would love to hear from any of you who have experienced my problems. I won't hijack my own post however and will create a new one over on "Problem Solving: Owners helping Owners" Called "Look what I discovered under my decals..." Hope to see you there...

Hi Davin, welcome to the forum.

Congrats on picking up a good used trailer. Lots of fun ahead of you now, both with working on the trailer, as well as playing with it.

Welcome Davin, Congrats on your new trailer You should consider coming out to the BC Glass Egg Meet June 21-23 at the Sons of Norway Campground outside of Mission, BC I am sure a few of the Bigfoot owners would be happy to help you out with any questions/ideas you have.
