Smile Hello from Florida

Hi Everyone,

I just joined the forum and am currently in the market for a used fiberglass RV in the 17-23 foot range that can be towed with a Ford Transit Van or SUV. No truck as I need to work out of my vehicle at times. I am particularly interested in the Escape 21 and Bigfoot RV's and would welcome all input. I plan to full-time for six months to a year then use the RV for a couple 3 month internals each year. I have previously owned a 40 ft diesel pusher and do not want anything large again. I look forward to getting to know this group and welcome all input and advice.

Maria

Hi, Maria!

There's a big difference between Escapes and Bigfoots, weight-wise. The thread Trailer Weights in the Real World contains helpful data on loaded weights of various makes and models. Post #297 links to a spreadsheet of the data.

I was going to point out the awesome Escape 19 currently for sale in Florida, but I see you're already on it. It won't last long!
