Hello! New Burro owner here.

Hi folks! I purchased an early 1980's Burro this past Christmas. It's in fantastic shape, which has no bearing on the list of changes/upgrades I'd like to make. My son and I have taken it on 2 mini road trips so far and it's been fantastic. I just wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I'm sure I'll have a thousand questions.

Best,
Hope

Hope Welcome to the forum! My wife and I restarted our fiberglass adventure about 6 years ago with a ( restarted as about 20 years earlier we had first a Scamp 16 and a Hunter pop top there was not at that time , or we were not aware of this forum so we drifted away to stick builts ). We jumped back in with a 13 foot Uhaul (which I like to call a Burro on steroids as they were built to withstand the rigors of the rental market ). We have since moved on to an 18 foot Trillium ( since sold ) then a Trails West Campster and a Big Foot 17 foot Gaucho, both of which we still have. As you can see these trailers can be addictive. We wish you as many good times as we have had with our trailers. Lee and Norma

High Hope. Welcome to this great forum. I also recently bought a 1982 Burro. Also in great shape. I am also making some modfications. I am really excited about the upcoming camping season. I live in middle Tennessee near to Fall Creek Falls State park. So many beautiful areas to camp and explore. If you come to this area, look me up. We can compare burros. Have fun. Joe

Welcome to the most helpful group of motivated fiberglass campers in the Inner Webs. I am in the thick of a restoration of a 1975 Burro and loving every improvement!
