Thanks! I live in the Vancouver WA area. Spent the better part of the last week removing everything from the dining area in the rear of the Scamp to get ready to replace the subfloor. It was rotted and a PO did a hack job in fixing it. Replacing the rear window which was leaking badly and had a bad frame. The loft sleeping area has rot in the floor also. I'll be pulling all the windows out and re-sealing. Need to replace the front plexiglass window which is all scuffed up and likely leaking as well. Also need to drill out and replace lots of rivets and screws that have lost their button caps. Lots of work to do. Bathroom needs work as well but I'm going to save that for later. Need to get things water tight before the rains come.
