hello...we have an unknown trailer...

We live in MI and just bought the most awesome vintage pink molded camper! We're wondering of anyone might know what it is. We're planning on restoring it and think it's a 1950's because of the glass tail lights. The man we bought it from used to have a blue one just like it. Thx!

That is awesome.
Interior pics, please!

All you need is a pink '59 Cadillac Eldorado convertible to pull it.

Or a 55 Chevy...... Pink!

I was going thru the bazillion pages of show us your rig. In hopes to come across one that matched. But hadn't when I looked at the side bar and saw a response. You saved me, Frederick! Thanks!

Interesting. Looks like you got your work cut out for you. What shape is the inside in? Photos? Did you get registration papers?

We are SUPER excited about such a fast response to our mystery trailer! Donna...who originally sent you that info and would they know anything more? I'll post more pics when I get some more taken. The inside is REALLY rough! It'd be nice to see what its supposed to look like...we're hoping to her more answers from the championfleetowners website. Thanks so much for such a warm welcome...we cant wait to get this one done!

Shelley, I don't even remember who sent it to me I receive a lot of stuff for FiberglassRV. I do know, they didn't have a Champ but thought we'd find value in the pics and brochure. Sorry.

It used to be a much darker pepto bismol pink as seen under the trim so it'll be fun to repaint it to its original pinkness. And if anyone has a cool pink tow vehicle they'd like to loan us that's be great...lil!

Congratulations on a wonderful find and welcome. I look forward to more pictures of this unique rig. Were you looking for a vintage trailer or was it just serendipity that brought you together? It seems you have caused quite a stir here on FGRV. D.

Hi Shelly
I talked to the seller of your cute camper about those over a year ago. I'm glad one of them found a good home b/c I really liked them a lot!
Good luck to you and have FUN!

We were buying some others from him to restore for our rental business we hope to get up and running this summer and he showed us this one. Then he decided he didn't want to sell it...then he called us a few weeks later and said he would sell it because he had just bought an old truck. It was love at first sight so I'm glad he changed his mind but he had quite a hard time saying goodbye!

He actually sold the blue one before this one so he doesn't have either of them now.
