Help with door repair on the road

Hi there! Any advice for door repair while on the road? 1977 Trillium. Our door fix with epoxy and self drilling screws held the door in place for 1000kms and a few nights....but all the screws just popped out of the top hinge🥴. Found some other screws for a temporary fix but I need to do something before heading to our next destination and then home. We are pretty remote with limited tools but access to a hardware store. Any previous door repair advice would be welcome. We are in the Kootenays. The door sag is pretty pronounced. Definitely think there is some rot where the screws go into.

I would try duct tape. A good heavy duty variety if you can find it. It should hold and do the least amount of damage. Take extra care going in and out and replace as needed. Goo Gone or acetone will remove the residue. Here's my solution to the hinge issue. No problems after 9 years. Good luck.

Get some bolts and fender washers to spread the load out. I am not sure how the hinges connect, but a bolt all the way through with the large fender washers might keep you going until you can make a better fix.

+10 Duct tape then study Raz's repair. There are semi-temporary methods, and then there is the permanent fix that Raz detailed.

The other temporary repair would be a cargo strap around the circumference of the entire trailer. Not aesthetically pleasing, but it is how I got my Trillium home after purchase.

Somewhat interesting to me is Raz's Trillium is relatively new (2010). Yet Trillium did not fix this obvious flaw.

We still use a bungee cord from inside the door to the handle of the closet in our Surf side while we are on the road. It keeps the door held tight to the frame through the bumps and lumps. However, we don't need it when we are camped which, I realize, is not the same as your problem. Just thought it might be an additional help while on the road.
