Hi all, from John and Barbara of central Ohio

We are both new to tiny house living on the road and it's been quite a challenge.

We're a month down the road from picking up our new Casita in Rice TX. Currently staying at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, FL.

In this area there is some confusion with the time zone as it seems to meander about the area.

So, my question is, does anyone have or know of an atomic clock that automatically adjusts to the time zone based on gps data.?

Happy holidays to all.

Doesn't your phone adjust to the time zone of the tower to which it connects?

I also deal with time zones because I travel for work and parts of northern AZ observe daylight time and parts do not.

My phone's clock app can track local time not only in my current location but also in any destination(s) I have entered. It knows whether each location is on daylight or standard time.

We bought an Atomic clock from Amazon. We got confused for a bit once when traveling from Fort Desoto campground in Florida up to Henderson Beach SP in the panhandle. Went into the next time zone without realizing it and couldn't understand why it was taking so long according to our GPS.

Your right Glenn. Why do I care? Oops, gotta go, time for dinner.

Jon, Exactly, My phone's tower is in the central zone and Barbara's is in the eastern, thus one hour difference.

Mary and Bob, So far as I have seen, all the clocks require manual setting of time zone.
