I have found this site through the process of researching selling a Scamp that was part of my parents estate. I wish I could afford to keep her but I can't so now I am hoping to find a couple or family (well really anyone) that is going to get as much joy and lifelong memories out camping in it that my parents did

Check out the sold listings here as well as the fiberglass rv for sale site. Recognize condition is everything. Scamps sell well and bring good money. Buyers will want to see pictures inside and out.

Assuming it is priced realistic, it should sell in a couple of days.

Scamp design hasn't changed much so go to their site to ID the floor plan and model.

Hi Laura from StL.

What part of the state are you in?
Did you post the camper on any particular site for your sale?
Why don't I see it here? There are people lining the banks of this forum in hopes they snag a Fiberglass camper.

If you are somewhere local to me, I would love to see the camper in person. I am working on an '81 and there are a few "deletions" I am trying to get repaired. I would appreciate the chance to see a factory setup.

Thank you... it is option #4.. think i posted that but the first time I tried to post it said I wasn't logged in even though I was... so I started over... I have been on a Scamp facebook page for a while and gotten feedback from them as well as been watching this site for a long time. I appreciate everyone's willingness to help out. Are their scams that I need to be careful of?

Sure there are scams everywhere. In person, in cash eliminates most of it. On Craigslist ads, I always ask for a name and phone number or zip code. Scammers answer every ad and don't take the time to read them. As a result, replies from scammers tend to be generic and will not answer any questions in your ad. I've seen ads ask for name and favorite football team in any reply.

There are Scamp scams. Be careful as some will even tell you their favorite team is The Chiefs, if they think it will help snag your Scamp. Be careful. Ask them to name players in key positions.
