Hi,
Pretty new to this forum. I got interested in fiberglass campers while watching some YouTube videos. I'm not in the market right now, ($) issues. So I'm doing research and I really like those 13ft Scamps. I would be interested in finding a small fiberglass camper used to fix up. I'm into camping and hiking. I love to travel as well. I join this forum because being single and trying to find a dog. I felt that a small camper would work better for me. Plus I look the look of a small camper. I work at a casino in the middle of nowhere Kansas as a maintenance tech and I loved the idea of going tiny. But who wants to spend uber bucks to build a tiny house. So it from tiny house to tiny house camper idea. I enjoy reading, walking; listening to music. I enjoy being outside as often as I can.

Be aware that small, molded trailers are really for camping, not living in. (I say that because you compared them to tiny houses.) Insulation is definitely not sufficient for a Kansas winter. If you move around to follow mild weather... different story. One person and a dog could live in a 13' Scamp. Okay... a small dog.

Time to start a savings plan...

Thanks for the advice. I don't really plan on staying in Kansas and yes campers are not tiny houses. But I do like them for size and maneuverability. I also look forward to leaning all I can on the Scamp and their kin. I've all ready started a savings plan. I'm also looking at other places to live that doesn't have the kind of winter Kansas has. I'm actually tired of Kansas and am losing at a warmer climate to live in. Again thanks for the advice.
