Welcome, Audrey!

Lots of different 13'ers out there- vintage and newer, basic to fully-equipped, light to, well... not so light.

Do you have a weight limit or approximate budget range you're working with? Are you looking to camp in places with full hook-ups or in more primitive areas? What do you need in terms of equipment & features?

Best wishes in your "egg hunt"!

Want a fiberglass as they appear to be lighter. Must be under 2000 lbs.. No primitive camping. Must have wet bath! Thanks!

You might want to let us know what you will be towing with. Getting a 13' with a wet bath will be difficult enough, and keeping it under 2000 lbs. even more difficult, not to mention the high tongue weight found on the most common, the 13' Scamp.

Here is a listing of actual trailer weights, ready-to-go:

You need to look into the owners manual for each vehicle and see what the tow limit is specified. It's hard to guess from here are there to many variables I equipment.

The Ford towing sites shows 1500-3500 lbs. for the Escape depending on drivelines and optional towing accessories, and it shows a range of 1340-2160 for the 2011 Ranger (there apparently were no 2012 Rangers sold in the US) So, as you can see, a 2000 lb. trailer can be very iffy except for one version of the Escape.
