Hello to the Fiberglass RV World!
I am Mary and my husband is Frank. We have just sold a 34 foot Allegro Motorhome and are downsizing. We are interested in a used fiberglass trailer, possibly.
not sure how to find them. the ads are for dealers and not for fiberglass dealers, so I was wondering what the heck?? thought I could find something here.
We enjoy being out and about, and look forward to our search when we get back from an extended trip back east.

Since there are no dealers, there are two ways to get a first-hand look at a molded fiberglass trailer.

One is to attend one of the many fiberglass egg rallies around the country. Some have a designated time for open house tours. You might join the rally in a tent or stay nearby and drive in for the day. Contact event coordinators for advice about scheduling a visit. The Lake Casitas rally near Ventura is coming in a few weeks.

The other is to contact the manufacturer directly. Most have a referral program to connect you with a local owner willing to demo their trailer. Downsides are you have to have some idea of which model you want to see, and you only get to see one at a time.
