I don't know if that hand water pump works or not, but if it doesn't, I'd think about rebuilding it rather than replacing it. New Valterra pumps have a problem: The housing isn't strong enough where the handle shaft and spout enter, so if you tighten the gland nuts around the spout or the handle shaft to try to stop a leak, the housing cracks.
The housing is chrome-plated plastic; it'd be better if it were die-cast zinc, and I have half a memory of seeing early pumps which had a metal housing. Yours looks quite old; if it is metal and
leaks, I'd just buy one of the rebuild kits and try to rebuild it.
