I have been reading posts here for a longggg time, I finally decided to come out of lurkdome and say hello.

I have a 2001 Casita Liberty Deluxe, live in central California, camp, often alone, and with others. My tow rig is a 2009 Ford F-150 and it is in a word, perfect....for me anyway...

I went from a big honking fifth wheel to this small fiberglass trailer and it is simply wonderful, perfect for getting in and out of new places, easy to use, simple to maintain...love my Rose Bower!

Welcome. Tell us more-did you get your Casita new or used? Did you trade in or sell the 5th wheel? I find the transition to a fiberglass RV particularly interesting since that is where I am at.

We bought the Casita used from a couple here in California. I had been looking for at least a year when the ad popped up..I was the first caller and we bought it the next day!
We gave our fifth wheel to our son that has several children and a large truck. His family has been making good use of it, visiting campgrounds around Oregon, where they live. It delighted us that his family can make use of it and saved us the hassle of selling it.
