I suggest getting the frame checked first, they will tell you about the
axle and
brakes at the same time. You may be better off to get a divorce and another trailer unless you are sure this is the one. I suggest making a list of all that needs doing and take it with you for an estimate. Just an FYI, a little trailer is much more complicated than most houses, you have dual wiring 12V and 120V as well as the running
lights and
brakes,
propane gas for cooking and maybe
furnace and 3 way
fridge, water tanks for clean and dirty, external water supply. All in a very confined space!
