Hi I am Terry 2007 ECO 718QB Owner

I just bought a 2007 Skamper ECO 718 QB. First RV and I am in the process of learning about it. its a bit of a project but the price was worth it I hope. I need something light enought to pull with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler and I love the sual axles. I had to replace the converter yesterday and the bath skylite is leaking but Ill have it fixed up soon for camping season.
I have downloaded all the individual manuals for the appliances and what I am looking for is a wiring diagram for the whole trailer. Are all connections on the 7 pin plug used? Or just the brakes and lights? that kind of stuff.

Hi, Terry!

It's not obvious from the site name, but you have landed on a forum specializing in the clamshell type of frameless, molded fiberglass trailers made by Casita, Scamp (no relation), and others.

Yours is a laminated fiberglass trailer, which is a somewhat different animal. You may get useful general information here, but for something model-specific like a wiring diagram you'll be more likely to find another ECO owner on a general RV site such as www.iRV2.com.

I was surprised to see the Skamper name. My parents had one of the original Skamper hard-top tent trailers back in the 70's. The brand was sold to AMF in 1972 and went through several more hands before landing in the Thor stable. I didn't realize the name was still in circulation. Looks like it was last used in 2010.

Best wishes!
