Hi I am the Bigfoot family

Soon to be wew owners of a 1987 Lil Bigfoot 13 footer! Looking to do some reno`s and fixes and make it our own!

Worried if we fell in love too soon and need to look at axle and if problems there and what the fix is.

The rest is cosmetic!

Congratulations! At least with axle problems, new axles are not that expensive or hard to install. Have fun!

"Lil" Bigfoot axle

axles are Extremely hard to replace, My axle is worn out. the bracing is welded on at an angle, not like ANY other trailer. they need the angled pieces welded on before the core is poured in. I have added a 2 inch spacer to mine. A company in Calgary, Alberta CA. may be able to make a replacement; I will pull our trailer there when it gets too bad, so they can look at it. I have never seen a post where a quality replacement was done. Just many questions. Does anyone know of a co. that can make a new axle?
