After owning a VW camping bus in the 70s, then a pickup with shell and built up bed, then a Toyota Ranger mini motorhome, then a Chalet LTW Aframe, then a Chalet Aspen Aframe, I am now the proud owner of a 2018
Escape 17A. It's one year and 5 days old, and so far, I've camped 135 nights in it.
This trailer is perfect for me traveling solo, and also great for bringing along my granddaughters. Last summer I went from California, across the US to Maine, into Canada (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island) and then back down the east coast and across the south/southwest. It was 12,600 miles of fun with the only tragedy being a spilled beer.
I have reserved a spot at Lake Casitas for the October gathering. I hope to meet some of you then.
