Thanks Gerry. I think I saw something similar in a photo, but it looked like wire cables instead of rods... Another thread here or on the Scamp Owners forum (I can't remember where) suggested heating the lower part of the door with lots of boiling water to soften it, and then bend it back in place and prop it with something while it cools...

I'll try the least destructive way first, and if it doesn't hold then it will be time to drill holes.

It was 114 degrees here yesterday, I probably should have taken the door off its hinges and laid it out in the sun for 20 minutes.
