I have been following the site for a while and I got a 2002
Casita Freedom 17' that I bought last year and have been working on getting it ready. I retired the first of the year and am taking my dog Jake on a cross country trip this year. I am forcing myself to not over plan it like I've always done on vacations in the past. I'm heading west in April and will turn north when I hit the Pacific, east when I hit Canada and south when I hit the Atlantic and head back to Florida. I'm figuring on 5-6 months on the road. I'm going to try and see a baseball game in the 15 parks I haven't been to, see some national parks I've missed and see the states (12) that I've never been to (I'm still debating making the drive to Alaska or catch it on a cruise next year).
