Hi, I'm Judy from Florida.

After much contemplation, I decided to forego the RV show in Tampa next week and go ahead and order a 2016 Casita Liberty 17DLX. I will learn my Casita's "birthdate" tomorrow. I have owned and camped in everything from backpacking tents, vans, travel trailers and a motorhome before working down to a 5x8 teardrop last year. After a 6500 mile trip out west, my dogs said they would divorce me if I didn't get something bigger! I have to admit it will be nice to stand up to dress and have facilities again! Since I had also downsized to a Chrysler Town and Country minivan, I was a little leery about going with a 17'. After speaking to a few owners with the same vehicle/Casita setup, I feel confident I made the right decision. If not, I'll be buying a truck or selling a Casita Thank you for allowing me to join!

Hi Judy,

Welcome! This is a wonderful forum and a great resource. I am sure you would have had fun at the Tampa RV Show, but you cannot beat the quality of FG trailers! We joined this forum in August and bought a new to us Casita in November.

Keep us posted on your Casita!

Take care,

Dean

Thank you Dean. I've always wanted a FGRV and while the RV show would have been a lot of fun, I'm afraid I would have "settled" for something else. I can't wait to get it home so I can use some of the creative things I have seen on this site and get it ready for a big adventure!

Hi Kai. Very cute pug. I travel with a Vizsla and two Chihuahuas. What a crazy group we are!

Vizslas--lovely and fairly rare breed...Chihuahuas--so darling.
We have two pug girls; 13 and 10, mamma and daughter. Don't know which one is in the pic.

I bet with your 3 you make an impression--!

Great News!

Just learned that my baby Casita will be born on February 18. Original date was April 26 so I'm very excited!

Congratulations! You will truly enjoy your new fiberglass trailer for years to come.

We are thinking of adding to our collection of trailers, too, because of the need for more space. Adventures ahead!

Greetings, Judy.
That is very soon that you and the doggies will have a trailer! May you have many exciting trips with it. We hope to see it when you get it.
