Hi my name is Tom and this is my '82 scamp

I bought this camper from a senior member with a little damage. He had a tree limb fall on the roof. After a year of restoring I can happily say it is finally completed. I am a proud owner of a newly restored scamp and my wife and I are taking it on its first camping trip.http://youtu.be/YVwe3slGyfA here is a slide show. enjoy
If link does not work search youtube for "scamp restoration before and afer"

After you can't even tell it was damaged. A very nice job and it looks better than new.

Hey
That looks like the Scamp that was taking up space in my barn for several years. Tom and his wife really did an outstanding job on the trailer.

Beautiful job both inside and out! Enjoy your trip!
One thing, as a glamper who loves doing up the indoor decor of our 13' Scamp, how did you make the valances above the curtains? Are they faux valances or actual boxes covered with fabric and mounted?
Thanks

Very, very nice. Do you still have the old jalousie windows? There always seems to be folks looking for original replacements.
