Hi there I am Tom from Alberta

Hello I am Tom and I live in the heartland of Alberta and own two fiberglass RV's ,, The first one , my pandemic project is a 1980 Boler 17 foot .. The Boler has been Heavily modified with off road off grid backcountry exploration in mind . Some mods are , new frame with front and rear extensions mated to original Boler frame , 6000 lb axle, 5000 lb springs, 16 in tires,2 x 195 watt solar panels, 300 ah of batteries, charge controller , inverter ,5 roof mount Led Floodlights , 15 gallon solar hot water heater , three 30 lb propane tanks ,30 gal water tank inside trailer under bed , outdoor kitchen , etc . I still have to do a interior and floor updating

My second project is a 1978 19 ft Biggar . Found the trailer sitting in a field a few hours from hone , after doing some research I knew this was a trailer that I had to bring home . My plans for this one are like the Boler just not as wild with the frame mods. I have had new torsion axles built , they are 2000 lb with 45 degrees down angle , 2 in higher top mount and electric brakes , This gives the Biggar a 5 - 6 in lift . I am hoping to have the Biggar ready for camping in spring 2023

Attaching pictures here is not intuitive. However, there are instructions:

Tom, The pictures look good! Since fibreglass trailers are measured from the hitch to the bumper, I would say that your Boler is more than 17'. Three 30# propane tanks! That is my kind of set up.
