Hi, We are John and Renee from Massachusetts

I have been reading Fiberglass RV online for a few months. We will be picking up our Scamp 16 footer in October. It will be our new retirement adventure! We are really looking forward to it! Someone asked me a question and I hadn't thought anything about this. What would keep someone from driving off with such a light weight camper? Does that happen?? Thanks and I'm sure I will be asking more questions. We use to tent camp but have never had a trailer.

Renee,

We live in Hampton, NH and have a Scamp 16. If you'd like to see ours, just call and stop by and we'll show you what we learned. I'll send you info by PM.

If you fear that your Travel Trailer might be subject to being stolen there is a simple locking device that you install on the trailer's hitch that solves that problem. Check Camping World or perhaps an auto supply store....cheap insurance!

I have a locking hitch pin to deter thieves on my 2inch trailer hitch ball....another good idea...you never know!
