I'm a recent transplant from the Texas/ Louisiana to the great Midwest. My husband and I just ordered our 2015 13' Scamp and should be getting her around December 14th. We are so excited! We love to camp, canoe (our next purchase, hopefully), hike and explore. I can't WAIT to use our new baby and hope that December is a bit forgiving. We want to take her out soon after we get her.

Congratulations on your Scamp order!

We picked ours up on December 29th last year. The wind chill was -20 F but the roads were dry for the trip home. We put ours under a Calmark cover for the winter, but we also used it as a party house with a small electric space heater while we waited for spring. Watch this forum for announcements about a spring rally in Egg Harbor–it's a fun group of people.
