Like many, been reading / lurking for a while, seemed like I should join to chat with like minded folks.
Live long camper. Have owned a variety of more "exotic" (aka no big toy haulers or diesel pushers) camping contraptions over the years... among them VW Wanagon, Eurovan, A-frame pop up and home built truck camper.
Got lucky and found a used Scamp 5er on CL here in LA for a good price and now preparing for work on it (it needs it - hence the good price) this coming fall.
TV currently is a 99 Ram 2500 Diesel, but thinking about downsizing as the truck seems a little much for the smaller trailer (had the truck for using the truck slide in camper I had previously)

Also as I'm sure others will say try to attend a fiberglass rally
