My Boler is in pretty good shape overall. The floor is solid, there are no leaks, and all the lights and appliances work.
The prior owner replaced the tires and repacked the wheel bearings. I gave the interior a good top to bottom cleaning. So far I have: replaced all three jacks, added a battery, replaced the 12v interior lights with compact fluorescent fixtures, installed eye bolts in existing holes under the table so I can transport my bike, replace the curtains, added a 12v socket, and replaced the missing hub caps.
Next year, I plan to: paint the bottom half of the exterior in the same color, paint the interior, paint the range hood and furnace grill, have new cabinet doors made and replace the carpeting.
I am actually shopping for a Trillium but your Boler trailer looks really nice, so I will keep an eye open for one of those like you have with the big window in the door. I have never seen one like that though.....unless that window was put in later?
