Smile I'm new to this

I'm a new Scamp 16 owner, purchased last August and taken it four times to camp out at my kids houses since none of them have dog friendly places. Have learned important (not necessarily pleasant!) things each time. This is just more fun than expected. I have spent way too much time reading lots on this site and find it all interesting as this is ALL new to me. I plan on retiring in several years but work from a laptop so can take my work with me as long as I have internet, so this frees me to still go in the Scamp now. Looking forward to reading lots more of your invaluable information!

Hi Janet, welcome to the fold.

Never too much reading and learning with something you enjoy. As you have likely seen, lots of great information to be gathered here, from a warm and enjoyable community.

As a brand new Scamp 16 owner (couple of days ago!) and an off-and-on member here, please allow me to welcome you! ... and commend you as well, for your excellent choice.... a 16 footer!

Welcome Janet - lucky you to be able to get away from it with only the need for the laptop! I hope you enjoy your new found freedom.

Where'd we go wrong with those kids and their non-dog-friendly houses? Same problem here although my daughter also doesn't have a very good place to camp at her house.
