Hello y'all! I'm Todd Prater. I'm in Valley Grande Alabama, near Selma.
I recently acquired an all original 1977
Trillium 1300. My wife and three sons and I have been camping for a while but this is the first time in a trailer. It is an interesting adventure learning about the Trilliums and getting her all cleaned up. Yes...Her...When we got her she told me her name is Trilly. SO she will be pulled by my 1969 F100, Mr. Blue. We will be camping in her with my 1969 VW Westphalia, Heinz. Right now I am cleaning Trilly getting her ready to use on a couple of weekend adventures. Two weekends of the alligator hunt and one weekend at a VW show. When we got her she had been sitting for 15 or so years. But other than some dry rotted cushions a broken window pane and some wrinkled vinyl trim, everything is in really good shape just needs a good cleaning. Everything works, the original heater, stove and
refrigerator although it does not get as cold as we would like. The water tank needs attention but the city water works. The house electricals work. My son and i inspected it and it all is in good condition. I even have the original hubcaps and spare tire and
propane tank covers. There are some minor repairs we are doing and we are repacking the wheel bearings. But I am excited about this little camper! I have always wanted a small vintage trailer! I gotta get another one though. I have two 1969 F100's so i need another small trailer for my wife to pull with her truck! Maybe one with a bathroom this time!!
