Took out the
furnace since I use an electric heater. Installed a Max Fan. New upholstery as well as some other improvements. It has an ice box not a
fridge. I will be getting it out of storage in 2 weeks and will be selling it due to many changes in my life. Probably selling for around $10K. I live within an hour of Chicago in NW Indiana.
I will be out of town til then so then I will have pictures....
