How do I check my inbox for private msg

If you meant specifically on the recently updated Apple/iPad app, I have the same problem!

Android app & computer still OK.

Thanks ray I thought it was just me . I'm going to switch to a widows device to check it out . I wish I could get back to the ppl that pm me.

I did get one PM while I was actually in the app and there was a momentary "thought bubble" alert that appeared at the top of the screen.

I was able to tap on that alert and read the message. However, I haven't yet seen a way to check the entire Inbox or go back and look at past PMs that I've sent.

Yea I'm having the same exact problem . I hope the fix this or I get smart enough to figure something out. Lol

Hate the latest iPhone app update!! I guess it was about the ads. "Free" has a price, I guess...

Just found out that the new iPhone app gives me a little red dot at the top right corner of the screen when I have a new private message, but no way to read it. It also appears to have some stability issues- freezes and crashes.

I updated after reading this thread to find out what was going on. Wish I had waited...

You can always open the browser on your device and navigate to the FiberglassRV website. That bypasses the app and its limitations. A bit clumsy on a small screen, I admit, but possible.

I myself prefer to use the browser (Firefox) on my Lenovo tablet (Android) and go via the web page. Those apps are sometimes on the so called (b)leading edge of technology, with consequences.

The screen on my iPhone4 is way too small to negotiate the website. If I can't do it on the app, I'd rather switch to my 6 year old MacBook... Guess I'm not on the (b)leading edge...LOL!

In terms of being a "luddite" (not really), I claim the prize. I am typing this on Windows XP. And I still have OS/2 on another system.
