Question Just starting to look...

So, we are just starting to look and are 90% convinced that the Casita is the way to go. Eventually we know we would want a 16-17 ft with the bath and side seating so we can keep the larger seating area as a bed. But... this would be a first time TT purchase, so we are considering a 13' to use as training wheels.
I would LOVE any input from experienced egg-heads. We are hoping to attend the fall rally in Cherokee, NC to actually get inside a few. We got into a R pod, just for reference, but we really want to go FG.

Thanks to all!!

Hi Ashley, welcome to FiberglassRV. Lots of kind, friendly folks here that will try to answer your questions. BUT, the very best thing for you is to SEE a trailer in person. Have you called Casita to see if there's a referral in your area willing to show a trailer. Casita has a large referral service.

Good luck on your egg hunt!

Yes! We emailed them this weekend asking for a brochure and a referral to owners on our area. We are looking forward to climbing in one!

Hello and welcome to the forum.

My wife and I just bought a Casita like you discussed. 17ft, and it is our first RV ever. So if that is what you want go for it. These things tow very easy and backing up no matter what the size is a learning process.

We have a 17 with the captains chairs that we bought used and after some minor upkeep it is rock solid.

If you would like to talk more feel free to contact me and welcome. Good hunting!
