looking for 13 foot scamp

Hi, I am new to this site and looking for a 13 foot scamp without a BR. I have a 2016 Subaru forester and just found out from your site that the towing limit was decreased after 2014 for better gas mileage. Used scamps are far and few and manufacturing has a 9 month wait list. I am seriously interested- I live in Oregon. Thanx Mary Lou
