If you happen to have any history on the Trailswest company, please share it. I don't think that there is much documented about the company.

Hi. The question I have is how does the popup in the roof stay up? We push it up and the springs on the outside open but it doesn't stay up. Is there something other than just using it up that has to be put into place. There is nothing inside on the popup. I.e.: no bracket or springs.

No, the springs should hold it. I saw Karin's response on the other thread. Maybe you have the wrong springs or yours have lost tension.
