Smile new and shopping! ;-)

Hi I'm Pam, I'm a newbie, my husband and I are shopping for lightweight, compact, and affordable camper trailer we can tow with our suv.... and that's how I found you! Live in GA, any info would be appreciated. I've researched scamps, casita, lil snoozy, parkliner, and a few more. Are there good sites to view camper trailers for sale in our area?

Welcome. You can easily start your search by using the classified tab at the top of this page, and you can narrow your search to just your state if you want.
You should also look at fiberglassrv4sale website.
Good Luck

First and always, what will you be towing with. Some suv's, such as Subaru's, have surprisingly low towing capacity. Look in the owners manual for your vehicle for correct numbers

And: A lot of new FGRV lookers tend to think that "affordable" isn't in our vocabulary. An FGRV will cost most than a comparable, or even bigger, stick built trailer, but it will usually be in better condition and will remain so, as well as hold it's value better, for many, many years.

As the oldest of the FGRV's still in use are now only about 45 years old so we still have no idea how long one will last.

About the best sites for FGRV's for sale are Craigslist.com for your surrounding areas and <<<fiberglass-rv-4sale.com>>>

Good Luck Hunting

Welcome to the forum Pam. What are you going to use as a TV ? You may want to check the "real world weights" for TV compatibility.

Pam, we started out with a Coleman tent trailer, then a Sears tent trailer, then a 13' Scamp standard, followed by a Deluxe after the kids were grown, and now that we are retired we went for the extra 4' with a bath/shower in the
Lil Snoozy.
