New Casita 16 ft owner

I am a old RV owner -- but after selling my Pace Arrow a few years back I found a nice but stripped out 1985 Casita 16 ft camper.
I do not under stand the water, gray water, or black water tank systems or plumbing, or drainage systems.
The kitchen sink is not connected to water or drain. The cabin furnace and hot water heater are also missing. No sign of the water pump either. The toilet has also been removed and a piece of plywood mounting board where it had been mounted installed instead. The black water tank has been capped off with the drain filling removed and what appears to be foam insulation filled into the opening (to keep mice out ??) There is a refrigerator, but looking at the works it appears non-operational to me. ?? The kitchen gas range is also missing. Does anyone out here have clues on what appliances I need to restore this machine? Thank you -- my emails to Casita have gone without any response from them !!
