Is this the one from Craigslist a couple days ago? Nice! Seems low but the older ones tend to sit lower than the new ones.

Yes Steve, this is the one. Hard to find in LV... Maybe it looks low because its not park straight? I'll take more pictures after a nice bath... Anyways, I can't tell you how happy I am (:

You might want to check to see how much travel is left in the suspension. If there is none, it will bounce all over.

I agree with Steve, looks a lil low. It's worth having the axel checked out.
Congrats! Get out and enjoy it!

You can do a crude test yourself. Have a large person jump up and down on the rear bumper. The suspension arms should work up and down (look underneath). If the suspension is static, but the tire just flexes you don't have any travel left.

It looks really nice though, I thought about you when I saw the ad. Go to Hame Depot and get some TSP, that will take anything off. Then start putting the floor polish on. Actually it may not need anything that drastic. A simple wash first to see what you have. How are the cushions?

It has all the cushions. However, I would like to upgrade it somehow. The camper has all original interior since new. Only one owner since 77!!!! But I guess they didn't update it at all. Well, I will (:

Hi Jose. I bought my 13' '77 in Aug. I also bought it from the original owner. There are a number of 13' 77s on this forum. I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of your interior and how you upgrade it. Are you in Las Vegas?

Hello Linda,
I'm glad I'm not the only one with a beauty of 13' 77. Yes, I'm in Vegas for the moment. We ( fiancé, Diego & Griffin, my two dogs) are going back to NY in April (:. I'll post some pict of the interior as soon as I have some. What about you? Can I see your beauty?...

So I started to work in my scamp. First it was the ugly carpet....
But then one thing lead to another and another....
HELP!!!!! What did I do? Lol, the funny thing is that I'm not a handy man at all. I have seen such a good job people do and share in here, that I think I won't be able to do. Anyways, tomorrow I will finish taking the rest apart, and soon start fixing and putting things back together.
I would like to start with the floor. What type of wood I should get? If I ask Home Depot, would they sell me the exactly size I need? Another funny thing is that I don't own any tools to work at all... Wish me good luck. Looking forward for hear from everyone....
