new here

Hi there. I live in Florida, originally from chicago (Cubs fan) and will eventually move to a tennessee town.
.I grew up camping as a child. I have a 4 cylinder car with a max tow capacity of 1500 so I will be needing a lightweight camper.
I know she will come to me soon.
Saying hello to everyine

Welcome, Robbin!

There are quite a few 13' trailers out there that can, with care, be kept under 1500 pounds. It will require going easy on amenities (e.g., using a porta-potty instead of a full bathroom) and packing lightly.

With a smaller tow vehicle and towing close to its limit, there is one often-overlooked amenity you cannot compromise on: electric brakes on the trailer. Unfortunately, not all small trailers have them.

Best wishes on your "egg hunt"!

Scamp, boler, Hunter Compact, 13footers. Choose the very Basic models, no bathrooms, pack very lightly and don't load up your vehicle.
