Lots of options in that size range, so I'm sure something will turn up before long. A couple of helpful resources available on this site:
(1) The "Trailer Weights in the Real World" sticky thread in the General Chat section has scaled weights of a variety of makes and models loaded for camping. Post #297 links to a spreadsheet of the data.
(2) The document center ("More" tab at the top) has a "Buyer's Checklist" you can print and use when inspecting a used unit.
