Hello,

Just wanted to introduce myself.
I've been browsing the forums on this site for a little while. A big thank you to all the contributors, because the huge resource this site has become has made the purchase of a really old camper a lot less intimidating. I must have caught something from the enthusiasm here because I've become a tiny bit obsessed with the egg that i have carefully tucked into the garage for some over winter renovations.
the plan is to get the trillium (it is a 1300) all cleaned and restored in time for a family(my wife and I and two girls 5 and 3) trip on the May 2-4 weekend. There might be some customizations in there along the way too, haven't totally decided.

I'm sure i'll have a lots of questions in the next few months...

Ditto to what everyone else has said Kevin! Get out the camera, we all like to look at pictures and live vicariously through others mods and camping trips. May you have many, many fun and happy memories with the family

We have a 78 Trillium and love it! We bought it just a little over a year ago and have no regrets. Enjoy

Trillium

Congratulations! That’s is so exciting. I had a ‘77 Trillium for about 10 years. I sold it a couple of years ago much to my chagrin. I missed taking off on a whim able to tow it with anything and taking it anywhere, especially beside a beach. I recently purchased a 1975 Scamp for more than I sold my Trillium. The Trillim was in much better condition. So right now as weather permits I am cleaning , painting and decorating the old girl. I am looking forward to my next impromptu adventure asap.
Looking forward to your pics.
Best wishes!
