Hi:

Currently am looking at maybe buying a Scamp 13 foot.

I am a retired geologist from the Illinois Geological Survey, live in Urbana, Il with my wife and kids and grandkids nearby. Worked there 34 years, now do IT work on side for our local church, also do fossil collecting and sales of fossils and minerals, and do home brewing (maybe soon commercial in 2 years) with son-in-law as well as some competition BBQ with him.

Me and my wife are wanting to do a bit more travel and tenting is getting a bit old for me ok I am getting a bit old for it

I just recently joined as I have been thinking about a small RV for some time. I ran across one of the 13 foot Scamps a friend bought and it got my interest (he does not live near me).

Anyway have been looking at some basic 13 foot Scamps, simpler the better. But the primary one of interest is long ways off so before I gather funds to buy it wanted to inspect one close up.

Wondering if there is anyone in vicinity of Champaign/Urbana Illinois who may be willing to let me see your 13 foot Scamp. I am looking at a bit of a newer model 2009, so prefer if possible one in the 2006 to recent category that would be similar.
