Hi Everyone,
I'm the new owner of an old
trillium - appears to be an early 70's 13' grape. I feel fortunate to have picked it up for under 1500, and it's in very good original shape. Still have to decide if I do a total restoration or do some modifications to bring it into the 21st century. For instance, do I cut holes in it to put in a state of the art heater, or try to restore an old one.
I do have a question based on some of the info I've read on this site. I live in Alberta and am under the impression a sales slip from the previous owner along with a
license plate is good enough for insurance purposes. But I have not been able to find any
VIN number on it. It's buried in snow right now, but is there somewhere I can look for vehicle information?
I also will be looking for advice on how to resecure the rub rail to the trailer. It's come off one whole side. Is it glued or riveted or what?
So much to learn! Can't wait for the good weather.
