new owner of a 1977 fiber stream

I just purchased a 1977 Fiber stream. Im so glad to have found this site. Im sure I will be needing lots of info and advice on fixing up my lil beauty.
I was wondering, do all fiber streams have the same layout? I have been looking for another 1977 to compare to but have only found 1979 and up?

I found them by clicking on the Fiber Stream link in the "Manufacturers" tab at the top of the page. There are a lot of other threads, but you're right- not very many 1977s out there. I didn't check every thread, so you might find some more nuggets if you dig.

Frederick Simpson, who compiled the historical information, is one of our moderators. Hopefully he'll chime in. Meantime, how about some interior photos of what you've got?

ok I scrolled down and read the post. very interesting. That is exactly what I have. Bathroom is super super tiny. I have the dark paneling on cabinets and such, but I have been wondering about the walls?
They are just the white fiberglass shell? Pictures I have looked at online I have seen a lot of wooden walls not just the fiberglass. Just wondering if there suppose to be like that? There is some kind of foam board on the ceiling though.

ok, so I finally got my fiber stream home today. spent a couple hours going through it. Question #1. Are they suppose to have heaters, mine does not?

Question #2. I see a lot of people commenting on replacing brakes? I see no brakes or anything like that on mine...

Question #3. Isnt there suppose to be a water tank under one of the beds?

Question 4. I got some saggy floor spots towards the front, do I have to replace the whole floor or is there someway to fix that. They dont seem to be rotted just soft.

Took down the styro foam attached to the ceiling, found some small cracked spots, but I look on top outside and I dont see any?

I also noticed after we got home that the glass to the lil oven door broke. I was truly bummed.
